Why it matters here

The complaint you stop receiving.

Grounds maintenance is one of the few contracts judged by how it sounds and smells as much as by how it looks.

Residents working from home

A two-stroke blower under a home-office window at 8am is a call to your office. At conversational volume, it isn't.

Fewer tickets

Care homes and schools

Where the people on site are children or seniors, exhaust in the air during service is a real objection — and one you can now answer.

Health-sensitive sites

Earlier service windows

Quiet equipment lets us work earlier without breaching noise expectations, so the property is finished before the parking lot fills.

Due diligence

Before you sign anyone.

Whether or not it's us, these are the things worth confirming with a grounds contractor.

  • Confirmation that the contractor is fully insured, before the first visit rather than after an incident
  • A named person who answers when something goes wrong on a Friday afternoon
  • A written season schedule you can post in the lobby
  • The actual equipment list. Most contractors won't give you one — ours is published
