Season contractWinter debris cleared, beds cut back, lawn dethatched and the first cut of the year set at the right height.
March – AprilLeaves off the turf before they mat and smother it, perennials cut back, beds put to bed for frost.
October – NovemberShaping timed to each plant rather than to the calendar, so hedges thicken instead of thinning out.
Twice a seasonMulch installation, topsoil, grass seed and overseeding — including the aeration that heavy Peel clay needs first.
Spring or fallProfessional garden design and planting of flowers, shrubs and seasonal colour, chosen for your light and soil.
By consultationSeasonal feeding matched to the Ontario growing calendar. Priced and booked separately from maintenance, so you only pay for the rounds your lawn actually needs.
Separate packageWe price on the turf you actually have, not on your lot size. Driveways, beds and hardscape come out of the measurement, which often drops a property a full tier.
Three things move the number: the square footage of grass, how often we come, and how much bed and hedge work is bundled in. Weekly service costs meaningfully less per visit than bi-weekly, because the grass never gets away from us.
We measure before we quote. The figure we give you is the figure you pay for the season.
| What we need | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Your address | Route density is what keeps our pricing competitive |
| Turf square footage | We measure it — you don't have to |
| Weekly or bi-weekly | Frequency changes the per-visit rate |
| Beds, hedges, extras | Bundled work costs less than booking each service separately |
No. Most of our clients aren't. We just need access to the yard, and we leave the gate as we found it.
A wet week doesn't cancel a cut, it moves it. We keep a catch-up day in the schedule, so you may see us a day later than usual rather than not at all.
We cut, collect and bag them in garden waste bags. You can supply your own, or for a seasonal fee we supply them. Either way the bags stay with you at the curb rather than leaving with us — that keeps the material in the City's green waste stream, where it gets composted instead of going to landfill.
