How we work out your number.
We price on the turf you actually have, not on your lot size. Driveways, beds and hardscape come out of the measurement, which often drops a property a full tier.
Three things move the number: the square footage of grass, how often we come, and how much bed and hedge work is bundled in. Weekly service costs meaningfully less per visit than bi-weekly, because the grass never gets away from us.
We measure before we quote. The figure we give you is the figure you pay for the season.

Residential questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our clients aren't. We just need access to the yard, and we leave the gate as we found it.
What happens when it rains?
A wet week doesn't cancel a cut, it moves it. We keep a catch-up day in the schedule, so you may see us a day later than usual rather than not at all.
What happens to the clippings?
We cut, collect and bag them in garden waste bags. You can supply your own, or for a seasonal fee we supply them. Either way the bags stay with you at the curb rather than leaving with us — that keeps the material in the City's green waste stream, where it gets composted instead of going to landfill.
